In 2008, Jeremy’s passions for food and travel led him to create Buffalo Chow, a groundbreaking regional restaurant review site for Buffalo, NY. The site’s purpose: to share Buffalo’s best foods and restaurants with the world, and the world’s best foods and restaurants with Buffalo.
Building upon that foundation, he visited and studied top restaurants in the United States, Europe, and Asia. After falling in love with Spain’s rich culinary scene, he designed and opened Aro Bar de Tapas, Buffalo’s first authentic Spanish restaurant. Winner of “Best New Restaurant,” “Best Craft Cocktails,” “Best Desserts,” and “Best Charcuterie” Awards, Aro was a critical success from day one, and home to some of the region’s most noteworthy dishes and drinks. He owned and managed the restaurant through Fall 2017.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Recognized as a leading authority on Apple and phone/tablet/computer accessories, Jeremy created the International Consumer Electronics Show's iLounge Pavilion - the world’s largest exhibition of new Apple products. In 2014, the Pavilion measured 127,000 square feet (larger than 2 football fields) and hosted hundreds of developers, annually selling out within days or hours.
Jeremy also created iLounge’s prestigious Best of Show Awards, and served multiple times as a judge for the famous CES Innovations Awards.
As a member of the California Bar, Jeremy has consulted on legal and business matters for prominent companies, including disputes over product design and patent validity, prescient analyses of Apple’s financial position, the restaurant business, and various high technology issues.
Decades of fast, low-light shooting have enabled Jeremy to routinely compose compelling images - even under the most challenging temporal and environmental constraints.
His million-photo oeuvre focuses primarily on organic/
elemental portraiture, architecture, nature, food, and product photography.
